The Account Manager’s role involves building a database of nationwide clients consisting of small start-ups to large Fortune 500 companies in a variety of fields including Aerospace, Artificial Intelligence, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Medical Devices, Military and Defense, Robotics, and Semiconductor. Your ability to maintain and cultivate new and existing relationships will determine your success. Responsibilities

• Maintain a database of Engineering Managers who hire Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers 
• Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and face-to-face meetings
• Negotiate contracts and business terms with new clients as needed 
• Manage a pipeline of contacts and daily call activity through use of Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft 365 office products (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)
• Achieve monthly sales quota provided by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from 4-year accredited University
• Experience working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Excellent organizational skills and a go-getter attitude 
• Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with rejection in a high call volume environment
• Ability to work well with a team and have a good sense of humor
• Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

The Staffing Specialist’s role is to manage the first stage of the recruitment process by identifying and initiating contact to potential Game Seven candidates within the Hardware, Software, and Mechanical Engineering realm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adding and managing candidate profiles (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our CRM 
• Aid in the re-organization and cleanup of current database and maintaining ongoing accuracy 
• Ensure consistency and maintain profiles in our database and internal systems 
• Coordinate with department managers & team leads to identify candidates for current and future hiring needs 
• Provide support for sourcing through outreach and researching potential candidates on various social channels and internal platforms  
• Create text, email and InMail content for lead generation 
• Research candidate and client contact information as requested 
• Manage inbound leads from Game 7 Website and outreach efforts by adding and assigning leads in our database 
• Run and distribute reports as needed  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with managing data in CRM
• Solid organization skills with the ability to maintain updated candidate and client profiles and records  
• Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate in a professional manner over phone, text and via email. 
• Healthy dose of curiosity and willingness to learn  
• Ability to work well with a growing team and have a good sense of humor 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook) 
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines 
• Familiarity with Boolean searches and LinkedIn specific functionalities  
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously  
• 2 or 4 year degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of equivalent experience

We are looking for an exceptionally organized individual who will provide on-boarding and administrative support through the hiring process for our contractors and internal hires. Additionally, the Placement Specialist will provide support for our internal team and will assist with all facets of back-office administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in facilitating of new hire on-boarding process for internal and external employees or candidates
• Act as a key contact for general questions or issues related to on-boarding and monitoring progress to ensure a smooth hiring process for new candidates
• Prepare and send new hire contract paperwork containing required payroll forms, I-9’s, benefits information as applicable, and other basic company information
• Coordinate and track pre-employment screening requirements such as background checks and/or drug screens
• Ensure all required on-boarding paperwork is complete and filed
• Work collaboratively with our Account Management and Technical Recruiting teams to collect and execute on-boarding documentation and information
• Assist in weekly timesheet collection and entry
• Actively contribute to growth and scalability through robust documentation and consistent process optimization for internal and external employees
• Ability to be a true gatekeeper, while anticipating incoming emails and phone calls
