KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical Recruiting: Build and maintain a nationwide database of Hardware, Software, and Mechanical Contract Engineers.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Utilize creative outreach methods, including email and text campaigns, targeted cold calling, and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RecruiterPro, and Sourcewhale, to connect with top talent.
  • Relationship Management: Develop personal relationships with candidates, understand their skill sets and backgrounds, negotiate compensation packages, and act as the technical Account Manager for client requests.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee a pipeline of candidates using advanced technology, including our tech stack: Bullhorn CRM, Corporate Sales Nav, Woo, Sourcewhale automation, and Microsoft 365 office products.
  • Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly quotas set by the executive team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited university.
  • Experience: Proven success in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a preference for in-office collaboration.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities, resilience in high call volume settings, team-oriented mindset with a good sense of humor, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and AI sales software platforms.
  • Attitude: A positive outlook, adaptability, and a relentless drive to succeed.

EARNING POTENTIAL:

Low End - High End:

  • Year 1: $60,000 - $90,000
  • Year 2: $100,000 - $200,000
  • Year 3: $150,000 - $400,000
