Role 01

Technical Recruiter

You've sourced and placed chip-level engineers. RTL, DV, DFT, PD. At semiconductor or systems companies. You can read a resume and tell the difference between ATPG closure on a 5nm SoC and boundary scan on an FPGA.

Bonus:Prior experience at a specialist firm or in-house semiconductor recruiting.

Role 02

Business Development

You've sold contract staffing or technical services into VP- and Director-level engineering buyers. You can hold a technical conversation and know when to bring in a specialist recruiter.

Bonus:Existing relationships at semiconductor, defense, or hardware companies.

Role 03

Sourcer / Researcher

You love the hunt. You build outreach campaigns that get responses from principal engineers who ignore most recruiter messages. You care about your craft. Boolean, ATS hygiene, network depth.

Bonus:Experience sourcing in semiconductor, embedded, or defense domains.
