Technical Sourcer

Game Seven Staffing provides Engineering Resources on a contract, contract-to-hire, and project basis. Our clients consist of small start-ups to large Fortune 500 companies in a variety of fields including Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Products, Medical Devices, Military and Defense, Oil and Gas, Mobile and Web Applications, Renewable Energy, Robotics, and Semiconductor.


The Staffing Specialist’s role is to manage the first stage of the recruitment process by identifying and initiating contact to potential Game Seven candidates within the Hardware, Software, and Mechanical Engineering realm.

Responsibilities

  • Adding and managing candidate profiles (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our CRM 
  • Aid in the re-organization and cleanup of current database and maintaining ongoing accuracy 
  • Ensure consistency and maintain profiles in our database and internal systems 
  • Coordinate with department managers & team leads to identify candidates for current and future hiring needs 
  • Provide support for sourcing through outreach and researching potential candidates on various social channels and internal platforms 
  • Create text, email and InMail content for lead generation 
  • Research candidate and client contact information as requested 
  • Manage inbound leads from Game 7 Website and outreach efforts by adding and assigning leads in our database 
  • Run and distribute reports as needed 

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with managing data in CRM
  • Solid organization skills with the ability to maintain updated candidate and client profiles and records 
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate in a professional manner over phone, text and via email. 
  • Healthy dose of curiosity and willingness to learn 
  • Ability to work well with a growing team and have a good sense of humor 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook) 
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines 
  • Familiarity with Boolean searches and LinkedIn specific functionalities 
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • 2 or 4 year degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of equivalent experience
